Tyche Partners was founded in Tallinn in 2021 as a Nordeaster initiative — a collaboration between practitioners in Estonia and Sweden who had spent years watching well-meaning candidates be routed through opaque, sub-agent chains that promised the Nordics and delivered exploitation.
We built Tyche to be the opposite. Every relationship — with a candidate, an employer, or a university — is direct, documented, and named. There is one advisor per file, one contract per placement, and one number to call at 2am if something goes wrong on arrival.
Today, our advisors sit between Rotermanni in Tallinn and Kungsgatan in Stockholm, working across twelve European Union countries. The people we place are our portfolio; their long-term success is the only metric we let ourselves count.
