Introduction

Tyche Partners OÜ ("Tyche", "we", "us") is a work and study placement agency pairing candidates with vetted opportunities across Europe. This policy applies to every visitor who submits an application, fee request, or enquiry through our website tychepath.world — whether on the Apply page, the Openings listings, or the urgent hiring ticker.
02

What we collect

When you apply, we collect the details you enter, which may include:
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone or WhatsApp number
  • Country of residence
  • Track of interest (work, study, or unsure)
  • Any message or cover note you write
  • Your resume / CV file (PDF or Word, up to 8 MB)
  • Any other demographic or background details you choose to include in a message
03

Why we use it

We use your information to review your eligibility, route your enquiry to a named advisor, prepare the employment and work-permit compliance documents a placement requires, and contact you about relevant opportunities. We never sell your data.
04

Legal basis

We process your data under your consent when you submit a form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), and as necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a placement agreement (Article 6(1)(b)). Submitting a form is voluntary; declining to share required fields means we may not be able to process your application.
05

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for marketing. To process a specific application, your resume and relevant details may be shared with the prospective employer or host partner necessary for that placement. Your data is hosted on our backend and is accessible only to authorised Tyche staff.
06

International transfers

Because our placements span the European Union and may involve employers or authorities outside the EU, your data may be transferred to third countries. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or your explicit consent for that transfer.
07

Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to process your application, and for a reasonable period afterwards — typically up to 24 months — so we can respond to follow-up enquiries or match you to future openings. You may ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see Your rights).
08

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@tychepartners.eu and we will respond within 30 days.
09

Security

Resumes are stored in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible. Access to applicant data is restricted to authenticated admin accounts that have been role-checked server-side.
10

Children

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
